This is a year-long program synchronised with the academic calendar in each region. It typically includes two training sessions per week (after-school hours) and a match on week-ends.

This is a 5-day intensive programme which will be conducted during academic summer and winter breaks, as well as during certain holidays. It includes 4 days of training (morning or afternoon), with the 5th day being dedicated to tests and a tournament.
